Kickstart your career in Childcare

Earn while you learn with a childcare apprenticeship

If you have a career goal to be a childcare professional but want to learn through practical as well as classroom theory, an apprenticeship could be just the thing.

Gain valuable hands on experience

Everyone in business will tell you it's all about experience, but getting that experience in the first place can be tricky. With an apprenticeship, you have the opportunity to become qualified all whilst being in paid employment.

Learn health and safety, safeguarding and beneficial activities whilst putting it into practice in a full-time role -which by the way is a paid position. Meet new people and build strong connections to kickstart your career in childcare.

Achieve qualifications

At the end of your apprenticeship you'll receive the following qualifications:

  • NCFE CACHE LEVEL 2 DIPLOMA FOR THE EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER
  • NCFE CACHE LEVEL 3 DIPLOMA - EARLY YEARS EDUCATOR

Full-time, paid work

We work with employers that want to make a positive impact by supporting future childcare practitioners achieve their qualification and career goals. With a Swift Childcare apprenticeship, you'll have a full-time, paid position whilst being trained on the job. If you like where you're placed, you could even have the opportunity to stay on as a full-time employee once you've finished your qualification. Result!

Our team of mentors are ex-industry, which means they've been there, done that, got the t-shirt. But they don't stop there, they keep up to date with the latest early years trends in order to create bespoke training materials for our candidates.

What does this mean for you? All our apprentices get exclusive course content that's unique to Swift Childcare, our mentors also regularly host one-to-ones and progress reviews, and you'll be invited to join our network of other like-minded apprentices so you can share your journey and learn from others as you go.
