Apprentices of the week

Monica's advice for an apprentice just starting out:

"Don't procrastinate when you get the work for the month ahead, just do it as soon as you can.

I know it's hard because you're working, but if you complete a section every other day you will complete your work set for the month in a second and your assessor will not have to call you because you haven't done your work.”

“Since I started my Apprenticeship with Swift, I have felt like everything has gone to plan.

Everyone at Swift is beyond lovely and they are so so helpful. They are understanding and they have pushed me through tough times and situations with ease. The people who I've worked with are filled with so much joy. They have always made me feel included and important.

Working in my nursery placement has been so so rewarding and sometimes challenging but I wouldn't change my job for the world. Everyday is different and everyday is a new challenge to face but with Swift I feel like I can get through it all.
