According to recent data, Swift Childcare apprentices achieve 26% higher retention and completion rates than the national average for Level 3 Early Years Educator. This means that more students are successfully completing their apprenticeships and staying in the field, gaining the knowledge and skills needed to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.

Furthermore, Swift apprentices achieve 13.3% more distinctions than any other students on the NCFE Early Years Educator programme. This highlights the high level of training and support provided by Swift Childcare, ensuring that students are well-prepared and equipped to excel in their roles.

In addition, Swift Childcare also boasts a 16% higher retention and completion rate than the national average for Level 2 Early Years Practitioner. Swift apprentices also achieve 9% more distinctions than any other students on the NCFE Early Years Practitioner programme, further highlighting the quality of training and support provided by us.

Finally, all Swift Childcare apprentices (100%) achieve timely achievements and completion of their End Point Assessment (EPA). This means that they are well-prepared and able to meet the standards required for their chosen apprenticeship pathway.
