Kai is a determined, reliable, and persevering individual looking to achieve my long-term goal in my career. He has a positive attitude and maintain a high level of devotion to ensuring he is able to reach his highest potential, he am willing to learn and adapt to any tasks, attitudes, and rules. Kai is an enthusiastic learner which asks lots of questions to ensure I am aware of everything which may affect me in my role. Although he doesn’t have any childcare experience, he has got experience as a teaching assistant on a volunteer basis at a primary school.
