Natasha has mainly worked in admin based roles, she has acquired some significant transferable skills such as problem solving, building relationships and being a flexible positive person. She has gained some hands on experience due to her role being a temporary position and her goal to become a childcare practitioner, she has been volunteering in a private day nursery every Friday since becoming employed with her current employer. Natasha has completed L3 Health and Social Care and has got some great baseline knowledge of childcare and development.
